INCOMING WORK: REQUIRED INFORMATION: Please enclose this information when sending parts in for plating. List of all parts in box Name Address Phone number Business card (In order to get dealer prices you must send us your business card, a copy of your occupational license and a sales tax card filled in.) WHEELS: All wheels must have the tires, bearings and valve stems removed prior to sending them to us. If the wheel bearings are left in the wheel, there is a $15.00 charge for each wheel to cover the removal of the bearings. Please try to send in your wheels as clean as possible. PARTS: All parts must be fully disassembled. All parts must have all bushings, seals and bearings removed prior to sending them to us. If we have to disassemble any parts that are left attached, we will not be responsible for the breakage of any bolts or parts. OUTGOING WORK: All work is shipped via UPS ground. Any other shipping requests must be made with us prior to ship date. PAYMENT INFORMATION: We accept most major credit cards. We also ship C.O.D. (you must have a cashiers check or money order ready for the driver). We only accept company checks after a credit application as been filled out or if prior arrangements are made. |
